I founded Off The Grid Productions in 1995 after returning to my home state of Vermont. Before that, I had lived for 15 years in the Hoboken, NJ, making films, teaching film at SUNY Purchase, and working in the film industry in New York City.

I've directed and edited several award winning films including: Delivered Vacant (NY Film Festival, Sundance, Golden Gate Award, San Francisco Film Festival), My Mother's Early Lovers (1st Prize Jury Award, Film Fest New Haven, Audience Award, Maine Int'l Film Festival, Best Independent Film, Ajijic Int'l Film Festival) and Nothing Like Dreaming (Best in Fest, Lake Placid Film Forum.)

I am also the project instigator, coordinator and supervising editor of Freedom & Unity: The Vermont Movie (www.thevermontmovie.com.) We are nearing the end of post-production on this collaborative multi-part documentary film, made by over two dozen Vermont filmmakers exploring our state's independent spirit from before Vermont was a state to the present.
